Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services as valuable solutions.

  • Reports to: Sales Manager 
  • Travel is required up to 75%

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services to clients. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and showcase how our offerings can solve their problems.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Collaborate with clients to develop customized proposals and quotes.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and post-sales follow-up. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details with clients to secure successful deals. Close sales with a focus on maximizing revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas. Develop and implement strategies to drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client needs effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and client preferences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
